Persistence/SnakeWent fishing a couple weekends on the river and saw a snake pull a small catfish up on the bank and swallow it whole. Local FlowThis will make the third trip for me on my local flow. It is close and has a short shuttle, so I have been hoping that it would produce some nice fish to make me start fishing it more often. At the conclusion, I ended up with 8 fish including a couple of 2lbers, Hunter ended up with the first bass to get us started then he started trying to catch some take home brimm, and Bill didn't catch the numbers, but ended the day with the big fish, a 3lb 11oz spotted bass. Perdido KeyMy family and my brother's family took a trip down to Perdido Key, Florida for the weekend. I hauled my jon boat down in the event that we would have some time to do a little fishing. We ended up going out a couple times during the kids nap times. Last time out we ended up finding fish and leaving them biting. Double VisionMy brother and I hooked up for a mid February fishing trip down the Ocmulgee River. We only landed one fish per person the whole trip, but we still had a blast. Michael came equipped with his new GoPro camera so we were able to get two views of the same video clip, hence the title "Double Vision." Come check it out and see what you think. The greatest thing about my babysitters is the fact that she loves our daughter as much as we do. We wouldn't trade her for the world and we have great trust and respect for her ability to care for our child while we are out working (or fishing).
